This mountain home is located in the exclusive Kadenwood neighbourhood with private gondola and ski-in/ski-out access to Whistler mountain. This 6,300-square-foot mountain home was designed with luxury in mind: 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, wine cellar, and media room. It really has it all.
Set high up on a private lot, this home embraces its location. The floor to ceiling windows showcase long mountain vistas and also nestle into its setting at ground level at the back of the home.
To accentuate these natural features, we selected a contemporary classic material palette: concrete, glass, stone and oak. Clear wood soffits rise into the ceiling to break up the expansive interior and add texture and warmth.
At one end, the main floor has a second master bedroom with another bedroom or home gym. At the other end, we put social gathering spaces such as family room, kitchen, living & dining room. These spaces work together for big groups or small gatherings.
Contemporary furnishings complete the space. Upstairs the master and 2 bedrooms make this house feel cozy for a family of 4, or more guests, which they’re bound to receive.
